My work brings together learning science, adult learning, instructional design, coaching, technology, implementation systems, and educator wellness.

Across roles, I have focused on making strong practice clearer, more usable, and more sustainable. I help educators, leaders, and organizations move from ideas to implementation by building systems, learning experiences, tools, and supports that strengthen both outcomes and the people doing the work.

Learning Design & Technology

My work in learning design and technology focuses on building clear, usable learning experiences that connect content, adult learning principles, implementation support, and meaningful outcomes. I design and refine systems, resources, and instructional supports that improve clarity, accessibility, engagement, and long-term usability.

This work includes online course redesign, AI-assisted instructional material development, feedback systems, rubric refinement, implementation tools, learner-facing supports, and technology-enabled workflows that help people move from information to action.

I approach technology as part of a larger learning and implementation system. Whether developing courses, refining processes, building resource hubs, or supporting teams through change, my goal is to create tools and systems that make complex work more organized, actionable, and sustainable.

Coaching, Mentoring & Adult Learning

My work in coaching and adult learning centers on helping people, teams, and organizations translate reflection, learning, and feedback into meaningful growth and sustainable implementation. I support adult development through coaching systems, professional learning, mentoring, observation and feedback cycles, implementation guidance, and practical next steps connected to real work.

This work includes Practice-Based Coaching, educator mentoring, onboarding support, facilitation, leadership development, implementation planning, and adult learning support across public school, higher education, community-based, and statewide systems.

I believe adults grow best when support is clear, reflective, respectful, and connected to purpose. My approach focuses on helping individuals and teams identify patterns, strengthen confidence, build capacity, and move forward through practical, actionable growth.

Literacy, Curriculum & Instructional Coherence

My work in literacy and instructional coherence focuses on helping teams connect curriculum, standards, structured literacy, instructional practice, and learner needs into meaningful and aligned learning experiences. This work includes Science of Reading-aligned implementation, phonological awareness, oral language, foundational skills, reading intervention, curriculum analysis, and professional learning grounded in both research and practical application.

I am especially interested in helping educators and organizations translate instructional expectations into usable practice while strengthening coherence across classrooms, systems, and learning experiences. My approach focuses not only on what to teach, but on how instructional decisions connect within a larger learning system and why those connections matter.

Professional Learning & Facilitation

My work in professional learning and facilitation focuses on designing engaging, practical learning experiences that support meaningful implementation and long-term growth. I facilitate learning experiences for educators, leadership teams, and adult learners through training, coaching conversations, PLC support, statewide professional learning, course instruction, and resource-based learning systems.

I am especially interested in creating professional learning that remains useful beyond the session itself. This includes building tools, reflection supports, implementation resources, visuals, templates, and follow-up structures that help adults apply new learning in real settings and sustain growth over time.

Educator Wellness & Whole-Teacher Support

I believe educator wellness is both a leadership issue and a systems issue that directly shapes learning, sustainability, effectiveness, and long-term organizational health. My doctoral research focused on educator emotional wellness and the organizational conditions that influence adult sustainability, belonging, and professional growth.

That perspective continues to guide my work today. I am committed to building systems that support people as whole human beings, not simply as implementers of programs or policies. Strong practice becomes more sustainable when adults feel respected, supported, capable, and connected to purpose.

Systems Building & Implementation

I build practical systems that help people, teams, and organizations move from ideas to meaningful action. This work includes implementation structures, workflows, onboarding systems, coaching frameworks, resource hubs, communication supports, facilitator guides, and practical tools that make complex work clearer, more usable, and more sustainable over time.

My strengths are especially visible in early-stage, evolving, or high-complexity work — when systems need to be organized, processes clarified, programs launched, or teams supported in turning vision into actionable structure. I bring systems thinking, innovation, relational leadership, and follow-through to work that requires both creativity and implementation discipline.

Leadership & Strategic Support

Across my work, I help teams and organizations strengthen alignment, communication, implementation quality, and long-term capacity. I am comfortable working across classrooms, districts, higher education, community-based organizations, and statewide systems, bringing a practical and people-centered leadership lens to complex work.

I am especially drawn to opportunities that combine learning, systems thinking, innovation, implementation, and adult development to help organizations move meaningful ideas into sustainable practice. My leadership approach focuses on building clarity, supporting people, strengthening systems, and creating conditions where growth and meaningful change can thrive.
