I design and refine learning experiences that align outcomes, content, adult learning principles, technology, and learner support. This includes online course redesign, AI-assisted instructional material development, feedback systems, and learner-facing supports that improve clarity and usability.
I support adult growth through coaching cycles, professional learning, reflection, observation, feedback, and practical next steps. My work includes Practice-Based Coaching, educator mentoring, professional learning facilitation, and implementation support across public school and community-based settings.
I help educators connect curriculum, standards, structured literacy, classroom practice, and student needs. This includes Science of Reading-aligned implementation, phonological awareness, oral language, foundational skills, and early literacy practices.
I believe educator wellness is a leadership issue, a systems issue, and a school improvement issue. My doctoral research focused on educator emotional wellness and the organizational conditions that shape adult sustainability, effectiveness, and belonging.
I build practical systems that help people move from ideas to action. This includes templates, tools, workflows, coaching structures, professional learning supports, onboarding systems, and implementation guidance that make complex work clearer and more sustainable.
